A.</b>, que pondría su ASN para hacer el pedido del OCA en nombre de todos los miembros.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><ol style='margin-top:0cm' start=1 type=a><li class=MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst style='margin-left:0cm;mso-add-space:auto;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'>El mismo estará <u>instalado en el IXP</u> <b>y disponible para uso de todos los miembros que lo deseen</b>. <o:p></o:p></li><li class=MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle style='margin-left:0cm;mso-add-space:auto;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'>Ventana de CARGA del OCA: de 2 am a 2 pm sin costo si lo toman del POP NETFLIX instalado en CABASE. Cualquier variante al respecto, deberían conversarla en la próxima reunión y que todo el esquema conste en <b>actas</b>.<o:p></o:p></li><li class=MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle style='margin-left:0cm;mso-add-space:auto;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'>ALTA NETFLIX: para poder tomar el contenido tanto del OCA como del POP, el miembro primeramente debe solicitar CACHE DE NETFLIX a CABASE y firmar CARTA OFERTA CACHE, si es que ya no lo ha hecho.<o:p></o:p></li><li class=MsoListParagraphCxSpLast style='margin-left:0cm;mso-add-space:auto;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'>DESBORDE: El OCA evacua aproximadamente el 66% del contenido en forma local y debe buscar el 33% restante. A eso denominamos DESBORDE, entendiendo por desborde las películas que no se encuentran en el OCA, y cada miembro pagará en forma individual dicho tráfico medido desde el POP CENTRAL. Idem si hubiera carga del OCA fuera de la ventana horaria. <o:p></o:p></li></ol><p class=MsoNormal>Para empezar con esta tarea, y hacer el pedido del OCA, es necesario que INGENIERIA CABASE realice algunos cambios en el tráfico hacia NETFLIX para que el mismos salga por el ASN de Tecnología Work Out. <b>Si están de acuerdo, podemos empezar con esta primer tarea</b>.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Dado que el OCA estaría en el IXP, la <b>importación</b> la haría CABASE y el costo se pasaría como <b>Gasto Directo</b>. Cualquier variante al respecto, deberían conversarla en la próxima reunión y que todo el esquema conste en <b>actas</b>.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Agradecemos a <b><i>Magalajo S.A.</i></b> y a <b><i>Surporaire S.A.</i></b> que se habían ofrecido para poner su ASN a disposición de esta propuesta; vamos a empezar por la opción que parece más sencilla, ya que TWO tiene el mayor volumen de tráfico contra Netflix.
