nada justo que el voto de quien no trafica por el NAP valga lo mismo que el que
pone tráfico, por lo cual <STRONG>mi propuesta es que los votos cuenten según la
cantidad de puntos NAP</STRONG>. Ya que finalmente, los que aportamos trafico
somos los afectados por la decisión; y que esto ya se contemple para futuras
decisiones respecto a precios y/o tráfico.</SPAN></P>
<P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 13pt; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 10pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN
style="mso-ansi-language: es-trad" lang=ES-TRAD>Continuando, mi principal
objeción a la tabla de silica es la penalización que hacen al 95% siendo este
uno de los principales atractivos del NAP, en la tabla, <STRONG>penalizan al 95%
con un 46% de recargo </STRONG>por sobre el precio del mega. <BR>Entiendo justo
lo que plantea silica, que ellos son siempre la variable de ajuste, que cuando
un miembro negocia un mejor contrato con un carrier quita el trafico del NAP y
lo pone al carrier, ahorrándose silica y quitando el trafico del NAP, pero esta
situación se te da ya que el precio que tenemos de l2l no es atractivo ni
ajustado a la realidad de lo que se consigue por fuera.</SPAN></P>
<P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 13pt; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 10pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN
style="mso-ansi-language: es-trad" lang=ES-TRAD>El trafico de un miembro del NAP
siempre va a ser oscilante, sube sube y de repente baja, los motivos por los que
baja son los que hay que analizar. </SPAN></P>
<P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 13pt; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 10pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN
style="mso-ansi-language: es-trad" lang=ES-TRAD>-Baja porque le dan un cache:

style="mso-ansi-language: es-trad" lang=ES-TRAD>En 2018-2019 perdimos el
trafico<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>de Cabletel, 1Gbps, porque
cabletel tiene un mejor costo para ir a BUE directo. Luego perdimos el trafico y
al miembro Omar Ripoll, 1.5Gbps, porque level3 le vendió a menor costo internet
que lo que salía traficar por el NAP. Luego perdimos el trafico a la cooperativa
de Capitan Bermudez, por el mismo motivo, level3 le cobra lo mismo ir a BUE que
ir a ROS (cabe aclarar que CCB tiene como conectarse directo a TDS y
próximamente a WNI y no usar level3 para entrar al NAP). </SPAN></P>
<P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 13pt; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 10pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN
style="mso-ansi-language: es-trad" lang=ES-TRAD><STRONG>TOTAL DE TRAFICO PERDIDO
durante 2018-2019 = 3Gbps o mas.</STRONG></SPAN></P>

tráfico? Por consum, los siguientes en irnos somos Patricio y Yo.</SPAN></P>

cíclico, cualquier miembro que pasa el giga automáticamente deja de convenir
permanecer en NAPROS. <BR>El precio de Lan2Lan NO es atractivo y también,
comparando con otros NAP tiene un punto nap mas caro.</SPAN></P>

con el carrier, me quedan dudas porque la verdad es que últimamente, he cambiado

tráfico menor a 1Gbps, a mi me parece justo un precio de mercado, marcado por
“el estado”, arsat, de dos dólares el mega y acepto una penalización del 95% de
hasta el 10%, un mayor porcentaje me parece excesivo y penaliza uno de los
grandes atractivos del NAP.</SPAN></P>
<P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 13pt; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 10pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN
style="mso-ansi-language: es-trad" lang=ES-TRAD>La bonificación por volumen no
corta ni pincha, porque el problema de fondo es un lan2lan caro, y miembros que
se van con otras ofertas por fuera del nap.</SPAN></P>

NAPROS hace 4.5km de fibra aerea; estoy evaluando seriamente la posibilidad de
conectarme a NAPBUE directamente como hicieron los anteriores, pero a diferencia
