última reunión del IXP, se avanza con dejar
técnicamente todo implementado para que Sílica esté
disponible para el transporte hasta Ruteo Central y para la
contratación del transito IP mínimo necesario para que Google
tenga gestión/control de su cache en caso de corte de la L2L a Ruteo
Central y pueda seguir entregando tráfico.</div>

un segundo Switch para que acometa Silica y poder entregar ambos servicios
(L2L de Transporte y TIP) por interfaces físicas en el Switch del IXP
por una necesidad del software de gestión de consumos.</div>
